Al -Kabbaj opens the Diyarna Handicraft Gallery under the slogan "Egypt speaks craftsmanship"

Mrs. Nevin Al -Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, opened today the “Diarna Handicraft” exhibition, in the presence of Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, and a number of representatives of the Ministry, the bank and partners, where the exhibition will continue until March 7 in Cairo Festival City Mall in New Cairo, and the exhibition opens its doors to the public from ten in the morning until ten in the evening for free. The current version of the "Diarna Handicrafts" exhibition raises the slogan "Egypt speaks craftsmanship", where it is held on an area of ​​more than 3500 square meters, and amid strict precautionary procedures, and the new session celebrates the unique Nubian culture and arts as the guest of honor, in addition to the participation of a number of environmentally friendly associations, in the framework of Egypt's readiness to organize the Climate Change Conference in Sharm El Sheikh and the High Commissioner for Refugee Affairs of the Nations United and artists with disabilities. Diarna is the oldest and oldest exhibitions in supporting the field of handicrafts and preserving heritage arts from extinction, and this version enables more than 350 exhibitors from all over the Republic to promote their authentic handicrafts, which contributes to creating opportunities to sell directly and open new markets to them. The exhibition continues to support the skills of craftsmen with disabilities, by allocating width spaces for more than 40 NGOs and social institutions, with the success of the success stories of many of them. For her part, the Minister of Social Solidarity said that the "Diarna" exhibition represents an economic, heritage and cultural value of the Ministry of Social Solidarity since its start for the first time in 1964, for its original role in supporting the national craft industry by promoting handicraft products that are manufactured by craftsmen and hundreds of thousands of families produced in all governorates of Egypt. For his part, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, expressed his happiness with the traditional craftsmanship products that reveal to us the greatness of the authentic Egyptian heritage, stressing that the exhibition "Diarna Handicrafts" is characterized by the quality of products and the occasion of prices for citizens, as it is accessible to the simple citizen. Subhi was keen to congratulate the Minister of Social Solidarity for the opening of the exhibition, and her keenness to establish it in the various governorates of the Republic, which increases the production movement of an important segment in society.
